Vardhman Textiles Acquires 31.2% Stake in Renew Green

Vardhman Textiles executed agreements to acquire a 31.2% stake in Renew Green (MPR Four) for Rs 24.29 crore.
The investment is for a 19 MW AC wind-solar hybrid power plant in Madhya Pradesh to supply captive power.
The total project capital is Rs 77.86 crore, with Vardhman contributing 31.2% and Renew Green Energy Solutions 68.8%.
The captive power plant will provide exclusive renewable energy supply to Vardhman Textiles under captive rules.
