Vardhman Textiles board approved expanding its garment unit capacity from 2.20 million to 4.50 million shirts annually.
The expansion requires an investment of approximately ₹125 crore and will be financed through internal accruals or debts.
The new capacity is targeted to be operational by the end of the financial year 2026-27.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations to inform about this significant capacity enhancement.
