Varroc Engineering Limited signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with SUZHOU TOLYY OPTRONICS CO.,LTD (TOLYY) to establish a strategic partnership for select programs to localize and supply next-generation digital cockpit solutions for global passenger and commercial vehicle platforms.
Partnership Structure and Terms
- TOLYY will support Varroc through a flexible supply and localization model
- Includes supply of fully integrated display modules comprising display panels, backlight units, touch interfaces, enclosures, and integrated electronic control units
- Includes screen-only supply for localized final assembly in India
- Varroc will leverage these capabilities to drive integration, validation, and manufacturing of advanced display solutions
- Partnership will operate through a structured cooperation model enabling:
- Complete display module supply from TOLYY for specific programs
- Localized final assembly and integration by Varroc in India
- Exclusive industrialization of display modules in India for selected customer programs
