Varun Beverages allotted 201,750 equity shares to employees under its 2016 ESOP scheme on April 27, 2026.
The allotment increases paid-up capital from 338,209,4394 to 338,229,6144 shares with face value of ₹2 each.
Exercise prices ranged from ₹121 to ₹359.60 per share across five different tranches of options.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company.
