Vary Tech, Evonik, SupeZET Launch 150‑t/d Recycling

At IFAT Munich 2026, Vary Tech, Evonik and SupeZET unveiled a full-chain recycling package turning waste plastics into PPO and circular naphtha.
Vary Tech and SupeZET created CARBON LOOP SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore to focus on chemical plastic recycling and SAF from biomass.
They signed an MOU with Evonik and JE Synergy to build Asia’s closed-loop chemical recycling demo project supporting Singapore’s Zero Waste Masterplan.
The 150‑t/d pyrolysis unit runs 8,000+ hours annually, feeding Evonik’s Rocket module and SupeZET’s hydrogenation to produce naphtha and PPO meeting standards.
