Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Appoints SMNK & Co Auditors

The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Limited was held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
Shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. SMNK & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.: 134153W) as the company's Statutory Auditors.
The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 4th AGM until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2031.
