The Company is providing electronic voting facilities for all resolutions set forth in the AGM notice:
- Remote e-voting cut-off date for entitlement: Saturday, September 19, 2026
- Remote e-voting commencement: Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 09:00 AM IST
- Remote e-voting conclusion: Friday, September 25, 2026 at 05:00 PM IST
- E-voting facility will also be available during the AGM
