Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited has intimated the scheduling of its 01/2026-27 Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM).
The EOGM of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 03:00 PM through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
For the purpose of this EOGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed during the period from Wednesday, June 24, 2026 to Tuesday, June 30, 2026 (both days inclusive).
The company is providing e-voting facilities for its members. The details of the e-voting process are as follows:
- Cut-off date for e-voting entitlement: Tuesday, June 23, 2026
- Commencement of remote e-voting: 09:00 A.M. (IST) on Saturday, June 27, 2026
- End of remote e-voting: 05:00 P.M. (IST) on Monday, June 29, 2026
The remote e-voting and e-voting during the EGM will be for all resolutions set forth in the notice of the 01/2026-27 EOGM.
The Board has appointed B. K. Pradhan & Associates, Company Secretaries as the scrutinizer for the entire e-voting process.
