Vashu Bhagnani Industries disclosed a ₹10.09 crore investment in its UAE-based wholly-owned subsidiary Modern Productions FZ LLC.
The investment involves subscribing to 4419 shares at a premium to enhance the subsidiary's working capital and fund new real estate ventures.
The transaction is a related party deal but was conducted at arm's length and received prior Audit Committee approval.
Modern Productions reported total assets of ₹26.04 crores and a turnover of ₹7.33 crores for FY 2025-26.
