Allotment Details

The Board approved the allotment of 8,26,761 (Eight lakh twenty six thousand seven hundred sixty one) Equity Shares of face value of ₹10/- each at a price of ₹21.02/- per share fully paid up. These shares were allotted upon conversion of warrants into equity shares on a preferential basis to investors.

Capital Structure Impact

Consequent to the allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company increased to ₹25,82,64,060 (Rupees Twenty-five crore eighty-two lakh sixty-four thousand sixty Only) comprising 2,58,26,406 (Two crore fifty-eight lakh twenty-six thousand four hundred six) Equity Shares of face value of ₹10/- each.

The warrants were originally allotted carrying a right to subscribe to 1 Equity Share per warrant. The total exercise price was ₹21.02 per warrant, payable in two tranches:

  • ₹5.255 at the time of warrant allotment
  • ₹15.765 at the time of conversion into equity shares

The tenure of the warrants was not exceeding 18 (eighteen) months from the date of original allotment.
