Vedic Ayurveda Limited has provided prior intimation of its upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 11th August 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's corporate office at 117/N/328A Kakadeo, Raniganj, Naveen Nagar, Kanpur Nagar UP-208025.
The Board will consider and approve the following matters:
1. The Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026 (Q1 FY2027)
2. Any other items as may be decided by the Board of Directors during the meeting
The company had previously intimated about the closure of the trading window via letter dated 26th June 2026. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed for directors, promoters, designated employees, and connected persons as defined under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 since 1st July 2026.
The trading window will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the company.
