Veedol Corporation Limited discloses re-designation of KMP Mr. Abhijit Tikekar under SEBI Regulation 30.
Mr. Tikekar, Company Secretary & Head-Legal, additionally entrusted with CSR responsibilities effective 1st April 2026.
His KMP status remains unchanged; the change is disclosed as a matter of good governance.
