Ventive Hospitality Acquires Stakes in Two Entities

Ventive Hospitality's Investment Committee approved acquisition of 50.02% in Narmada Estates Private Limited for ₹88.68 Crores via subsidiary Panchshil Corporate Park Private Limited.
The company also approved 100% acquisition of Sun Leisure (India) Private Limited - SOL DE GOA for ₹0.50 Crores equity consideration, with enterprise value of ₹23.05 Crores including ₹22.55 Crores debt.
Both acquisitions are expected to be completed within 3 months with no governmental or regulatory approvals required.
