The alteration in Memorandum of Association with respect to the object clause has been registered by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 12th October 2026. The shareholders passed a Special Resolution in the Annual/Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 30th September 2026 to alter the provisions of the Memorandum of Association.
