Venus Group Lists 207,838 sq ft Office in REIT

Venus Group transferred 2,07,838 sq ft of premium office space at Stratum, Ahmedabad, to PropShare Celestia SM REIT.
The third SM REIT scheme raised ₹244.65 crore, was open Apr 10‑16 and was oversubscribed 1.33 times.
Stratum is a Grade‑A, IGBC Platinum‑rated green building offering ~1 million sq ft built‑up area and a 16,000 sq ft Activatrium.
Managing Director Rajesh Vaswani said the listing brings global capital to Ahmedabad, enhancing its commercial real‑estate credibility.
