Appointment of Statutory Auditors:

Based on Audit Committee recommendation, the Board approved appointment of Suresh Surana & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 121750W/W100010) as Statutory Auditors, replacing Deloitte Haskins & Sells after completion of their five-year term.
