Veranda Learning ESOP Allotment of 1.51 Lakh Shares

Veranda Learning Solutions allotted 151,090 equity shares pursuant to employee stock option exercises under its ESOP Plan 2022.
The allotment increases paid-up share capital from ₹96.17 crore to ₹96.32 crore with shares ranking pari-passu.
Shares were issued at an exercise price of ₹68.50 per share, representing a premium of ₹58.50 over face value.
The allotment was approved by the committee on May 21, 2026, and complies with SEBI Share Based Employee Benefits Regulations.
