Veranda Learning Stock Jumps 7% After ₹100 Cr Subsidiary Revenue

Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd stock rose 7% to Rs 146 intraday after subsidiary Veranda RACE posted revenue over Rs 100 crore, doubling YoY.
The subsidiary recorded 50,000 student enrolments this year, including 37,000 offline, 12,000 online and 1,000 residential learners, with 2,754 clearing government exams.
Veranda Learning Solutions of Kalpathi AGS Group has market cap Rs 1,300 crore and trades at PE of 51 versus industry 18.
In Q3FY26 revenue rose 18% YoY to Rs 117 crore, and the company posted a Rs 13 crore profit versus a Rs 203 crore loss.
