Veritas Appoints Jayaramakrishnan Kannan Independent Director

Veritas (India) Limited announced the results of its postal ballot process for shareholder approval of a board appointment.
Shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Jayaramakrishnan Kannan as a Non-Executive Independent Director via special resolution.
The resolution passed with 99.9978% of valid votes cast in favor, representing 14766973 votes from 34 shareholders.
The voting process was conducted via remote e-voting managed by NSDL, with the scrutinizer confirming the results on April 13, 2026.
