Veritas India shareholders approved Mr. Jayaramakrishnan Kannan's regularisation as Non-Executive Independent Director via postal ballot.
His appointment term is for five years from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2031, and he is not liable to retire by rotation.
Mr. Kannan brings 40 years of IT industry experience, including 30 years at TCS where he served as Vice President.
