VerSe Innovation appointed Prasanna Prasad as Chief Product and Technology Officer to head engineering, product and data science functions.
Prasad brings over two decades experience, previously CTO & Head of Product and AI at Verve Group Inc., leading a 200‑plus team.
His mandate includes building an AI intelligence layer across VerSe’s apps, enhancing personalization, creator ecosystems, and next‑gen ad tech with agentic AI.
