Acquisition Overview

Vertex Group, a New York‑headquartered global enterprise services firm, announced on 21 August 2026 the acquisition of Singapore‑based consulting firm T‑Ventures for SGD 8.5 million. The transaction marks Vertex’s entry into Singapore, its eighth operating market, and introduces consulting as the group’s ninth business vertical.

Financial and Operational Details of T‑Ventures

T‑Ventures reported an annual turnover of SGD 12.9 million in the preceding fiscal year and serves more than 120 clients across the automotive, fintech, BFSI and IT‑ITeS sectors. The business will retain its brand identity and continue under founder Alex Campbell and the existing leadership team, ensuring continuity for employees and clients while gaining access to Vertex’s broader global capabilities.

Strategic Rationale and Vertex 2.0 Roadmap

The acquisition is the third deal undertaken by Vertex within a twelve‑month period and aligns with its “Vertex 2.0” transformation strategy, which aims to build an integrated global enterprise services platform. Consulting adds a strategic advisory layer at the front of the value chain, enabling Vertex to engage enterprises earlier—during problem definition, strategy shaping, and roadmap development—before moving to execution. The group targets a ₹1,000 crore revenue milestone and plans to execute more than two high‑impact acquisitions annually over the next three years as a core component of its buy‑and‑build approach.

Leadership Commentary

Gagan Arora, Founder & President of Vertex Group, stated that Singapore and consulting are pivotal milestones, emphasizing that the new capability allows Vertex to sit with businesses before execution begins and to build an integrated platform where strategy, technology, analytics, customer experience and operations work together. Simar Arora, Co‑founder of Vaani Powered by Vertex Group and DK Vertex, echoed the view that the addition of consulting helps the group move from identifying problems to delivering outcomes, creating differentiation globally. Alex Campbell, Founder of T‑Ventures, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting that the combined offering will enable clients to progress from recommendation to implementation and measurable results while preserving T‑Ventures’ entrepreneurial culture.

Future Growth and Investment Plans

Vertex Group intends to continue pursuing more than two high‑impact acquisitions each year for the next three years, reinforcing its strategy to deepen capabilities, enter strategic markets and accelerate global expansion. Under the Vertex 2.0 plan, the group also earmarks a ₹100 crore investment in artificial intelligence to further enhance its service portfolio.
