Campus Inauguration
On September 11 2026, Vertex Group inaugurated its new Experience Campus in Sector 32, Gurugram, featuring over 5,000 seats, large‑scale operational infrastructure, adaptable workspaces, meeting and training facilities, recreation zones, green spaces and extensive cafeteria services. The site is located roughly 30 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport and 10 minutes from Millennium City Centre Metro Station, with employee shuttle services covering Delhi NCR. The inauguration was led by Founder & President Gagan Arora in the presence of senior representatives from partner consumer brands and Vertex leadership.
Mega Hiring Month Progress
Vertex launched a Mega Hiring Month on August 15 2026 with a target of adding 2,000 professionals across Gurugram, Noida and Bengaluru. Within weeks the company onboarded more than 1,200 professionals, including a record of over 200 hires in a single two‑day period, moving toward its next workforce milestone of 5,555 employees. New hires span customer service, operations, quality, training, analytics, workforce management and leadership functions.
Multi‑City Expansion Strategy
While Gurugram remains a core hub, Vertex is simultaneously expanding delivery capacity in Bengaluru (additional space for new CX programmes), Noida (new operational capacity) and Mumbai (team growth), creating a broader multi‑city delivery network that offers greater flexibility, access to wider talent pools and scalable programme delivery. India continues to serve as a major delivery, technology and talent base for the group’s global operations.

The campus embeds technology across the operating model—from workforce planning and quality management to analytics, training, agent support and customer interaction workflows—to enable faster decisions, improve service consistency, reduce manual dependencies and provide clients with greater performance visibility. Tanya Singh, Global VP – Marketing & Transformation, highlighted the campus as an experience centre showcasing how technology, automation and a Responsible AI Lab are transforming customer‑experience delivery, with an emphasis on responsible AI deployment.
