Ms. Kinkini Das holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata. She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with extensive leadership experience across industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial sectors.
Prior to joining Vesuvius, Ms. Das was associated with Tata Steel as the Chief Human Resources Business Partner for the Commercial Function and Profit Centers. Before Tata Steel, she held senior HR leadership positions at TM International Logistics Limited and Castrol India Limited.
