Vesuvius India RTA Merger with MUFG Intime Effective

Vesuvius India intimated BSE & NSE of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), CB Management Services, merging with MUFG Intime India effective May 8, 2026.
The merger, sanctioned by the Regional Director, Mumbai, results in no change to shareholder services; RTA activities continue seamlessly under the new name MUFG Intime.
The appointed date for accounting and tax purposes is April 1, 2025, and the entire undertaking of the transferor company vests in the transferee company without issue of new shares.
