The 40‑acre development will feature a 5‑star hotel and villa units, targeting nature‑focused, wellness and leisure travellers, with an expected opening in 2028.
Sarovar Hotels contributes its operational expertise, a network of more than 150 operational hotels across India, Nepal and Africa, 90 destinations, 17 regional sales and reservations offices, and backing from Group Du Louvre which operates about 1,700 hotels in 60 countries.
Vibez Estates brings over 1,000 acres of fully managed land assets, more than 300 investors in its ecosystem, and 15 years of experience exclusively in managed coffee plantation and luxury land ownership.
The partnership aims to position the property as a premier destination in the fast‑growing leisure market of Sakleshpur, leveraging improved infrastructure, rising interest in experience‑led travel, and the region’s scenic landscapes.
