Vibez Manor, the flagship managed coffee‑estate retreat developed by Vibez Estates Pvt. Ltd., was honoured with the Excellence in Farmland Project Award at the ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards 2026, an initiative of Times Network. The award ceremony took place in Delhi, where the accolade was presented to Mr. Ashwin Kumar K, founder of Vibez Estates, who accepted it on behalf of the project and its team.
Project Overview
Located in the Western Ghats at Sakleshpur, Karnataka, Vibez Manor spans 12 acres of a working Arabica coffee and pepper plantation. The development consists of Scandinavian‑style A‑frame cottages designed to sit lightly within the plantation, offering clear‑title ownership of private estate land to owners.
Design and Architecture
The architectural concept was created by Mr. Manjunath and Mrs. Chaithra Manjunath of Whitescape Studio. Their Scandinavian A‑frame language ensures each cottage aligns with the slope, light, and canopy, providing privacy, panoramic views, and an immersive connection to nature while preserving the forested terrain.
Ownership and Yield Structure
Vibez Manor offers a dual‑yield structure: owners receive income from professionally managed hospitality services when their cottage is idle, alongside the agricultural upside from the coffee‑and‑pepper estate. Day‑to‑day estate labour, harvest, guest operations, and security are managed end‑to‑end, allowing owners to hold title and enjoy the retreat without operational responsibilities.
