Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited, has entered into an agreement to acquire land measuring 14.2125 acres situated at Kalwas, District Hisar, Haryana. The transaction value is ₹20,07,87,350 (Twenty Crores Seven Lakhs Eighty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Only).
The land is being acquired free from all encumbrances, charges, mortgages, attachments, demand, liens and trust of whatsoever nature. The purpose of this acquisition is to set up a commercial manufacturing facility for infrastructure-related manufacturing activities, including manufacturing of transmission towers, monopoles, crash barriers, octagonal poles, high mast poles, prefabricated structures and other allied products.
The agreement was executed on August 25, 2026, as indicated by the disclosure date. The transaction does not involve any related parties and is not a related party transaction. No special rights such as right to appoint directors, first right to share subscription, or right to restrict capital structure changes are involved in this agreement.
