In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has notified its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares. The trading restriction period is from July 1, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours from the date the financial results are made public.
