Vida Global began trading on NYSE American and NYSE Texas under ticker "VIDA" after pricing its IPO at $4.00 per share.
The offering sold 3.75 million Class A shares, raising $15 million, and gave underwriters a 30‑day option for 562,500 extra shares at $4.
