Financial Performance Highlights (FY26)

The Chairman and Managing Director reported the following financial performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026:

  • Consolidated revenue grew by approximately 24% to around ₹1,840 crore
  • Profit after tax rose by over 40% to approximately ₹58 crore
  • Performance was aided by the Company's back-to-back metal booking policy which shielded margins from copper price and currency volatility

Business Updates and Future Outlook

  • The larger part of the IPO proceeds was being deployed towards capacity expansion through ALCU Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary
  • ₹100 crore utilized to repay borrowings, strengthening the Company's balance sheet
  • ALCU commenced operations in February 2026 and is now in regular commercial production
  • Balance capacity expected to be fully commissioned by the end of the third quarter of the financial year
  • Expansion will enable manufacture of wider range of higher-value products, including continuously transposed conductor (CTC)
  • CTC production expected to commence in the third quarter of the financial year
  • Expansion will nearly double the Company's total capacity
  • Company focus remains on capacity expansion, higher-value products, and export markets
  • Strong growth outlook for the power and electrification sector in India, driven by capacity addition, grid investment, electric vehicles, data centres, and solar power

Voting Procedures

  • Company engaged with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for remote e-voting facility
  • Cut-off date for voting: Friday, September 11, 2026
  • Remote e-voting period: Tuesday, 15th September, 2026 at 9:00 IST to Thursday, 17th September, 2026 at 17:00 IST
  • Members could also vote during the AGM until 30 minutes after conclusion of the meeting
  • Mr. Dinesh Bhimani, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-voting process
  • Results to be declared upon receipt of Scrutinizer's Report within statutory time period

Ordinary Business:

2. To appoint Mrs. Shilpa Rathi (DIN: 00410092), who retires by rotation, and being eligible, has offered herself for re-appointment

Special Business:

3. To appoint M/s. D. G. Bhimani & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Peer Reviewed, as Secretarial Auditor for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years and fix his remuneration

4. To consider and ratify the remuneration payable to M/s. J. B. Mistri & Co., Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 31st March, 2027
