Vikas Lifecare seeks shareholder approval via postal ballot for three resolutions including a ₹99.05 crore preferential warrant issue.
The company proposes to issue 61.9 crore convertible warrants at ₹1.60 each to promoter and public category investors.
Other resolutions include increasing authorized share capital from ₹235 crore to ₹300 crore and altering Articles of Association.
Remote e-voting through NSDL will be available from April 16 to May 15, 2026, with results announced within two days after voting concludes.
