Vikas Lifecare Preferential Issue 99.05 Crore Warrants

Vikas Lifecare Fund-Raising Committee approved a preferential issue of up to 61.91 crore warrants at ₹1.60 each to raise ₹99.05 crore.
The allottee list includes promoter group entities (33.5 crore warrants) and public category investors (28.41 crore warrants).
Full conversion of warrants would increase total paid-up capital to 247.67 crore shares, reducing promoter holding from 14.22% to 24.20%.
