This disclosure is in continuation to the company's earlier disclosure dated 27th July, 2026 regarding temporary suspension of operations due to a force majeure event (flood situation).
Current Status Update
The company has partially reopened operations at its flagship hotel property VITS Kamats Resort Silvassa, located in Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
Restoration Progress
The partial reopening follows:• Receding of floodwaters• Restoration of safe road access across the main connecting bridge• Completion of initial cleanup• Completion of safety audits• Completion of structural integrity checks of the property
Operational Status
Fully restored and operational areas:• Primary guest blocks• Main dining facilities• Core public areas
Areas remaining under restoration:• Certain structural sections• Secondary amenities
Future Plans
The Company is actively working to bring the remaining areas back to full operational capacity at the earliest. The management continues to coordinate with local municipal authorities to ensure ongoing safety and comfort of guests and employees.
