The acquisition supports Vikran's strategy to expand into renewable energy sector through solar power projects.
Transaction is expected to complete within one month subject to conditions precedent and is not a related party transaction.
Target entity is developing a 969 MW AC solar power project under PM-KUSUM Scheme in Maharashtra.
