Vikran Engineering Acquires 51% Stake in NOPL Solar

Vikran Engineering Limited completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in NOPL Solar Projects Private Limited on 20th May 2026 for Rs. 5.10 Crores.
The acquisition is a related party transaction as one director and one KMP of Vikran are also directors in the target entity.
Post-acquisition, NOPL Solar becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vikran, supporting its diversification into renewable energy.
The target entity is developing a 969 MW AC solar power project in Maharashtra under the PM-KUSUM Scheme.
