Viksit Engineering Ltd received BSE trading approval for 12,500 equity shares worth ₹1.25 lakh on April 6, 2026.
The shares were allotted to public shareholders as per NCLT-approved resolution plan from February 11, 2025.
Trading approval enables these resolution plan shares to be admitted for trading on BSE effective April 7, 2026.
