The letter serves as a reminder for shareholders to update their KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024. The mandatory details to be updated for physical security holders are PAN, Address with PIN code, Mobile Number, Bank Account details, Specimen Signature, and choice of Nomination. Effective April 1, 2024, any payments (dividend, interest, redemption) for folios without these updated details will be made only through electronic mode.
