The primary purpose of this board meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for both the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and the entire Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026.
In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company was closed effective April 01, 2026. This closure applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the said Code. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the official announcement of the financial results to the public.
