The Board will consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for:
- Fourth Quarter ended March 31, 2026
- Financial Year ended March 31, 2026
Trading Window Closure
In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct:
- Trading Window for equity shares remained closed for all Designated Persons
- Closure applies to immediate relatives and other connected persons covered under the Code
- Trading restrictions will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results
