Vineet Nanda’s Corporate Exit and Future Plans

On July 8, 2026, a press release issued from New Delhi announced that Vineet Nanda, a veteran sales leader with almost four decades of experience in India’s real‑estate sector, has concluded his corporate career. His most recent corporate appointment was with BPTP Ltd, where he served until his departure.

Nanda began his professional journey at age 21 in the auto‑component industry, spending 15 years there before transitioning to real‑estate. Over the subsequent decades he occupied senior leadership positions at several prominent developers, including Omaxe Ltd., Central Park, M3M, and Krisumi Corporation – the latter a joint venture with Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation. While at Krisumi, Sumitomo extended his retirement age from 62 to 67 in recognition of his contributions.

The announcement highlights that Nanda has been honoured with two 2026 awards: the Excellence in Luxury Real Estate Strategy award at the ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards 2026 and the ET Industry North Leaders 2026 award for Excellence in Luxury Real Estate.

Throughout his career, Nanda has been associated with more than US$6 billion in residential real‑estate sales. He built and led a nationwide network comprising over 40,000 channel partners and associates, through which he served more than 25,000 customers. He is also recognised as one of the highest individual income‑tax‑paying professionals in India’s real‑estate industry, a status he attributes to the scale of opportunities the sector provided.

In his own words, “Success is never a destination. It is a responsibility that demands humility, gratitude, and compassion.” He expressed gratitude to the more than 600 professionals he worked with over four decades, noting that watching many of them become outstanding leaders has been a major reward.

Nanda’s exit marks the closure of his corporate chapter rather than full retirement. He describes the transition as a “new innings,” shifting from corporate targets to community‑focused contributions. While he plans to engage in community‑oriented work, he intends to remain connected to the real‑estate industry in a new capacity.
