VinFast announced 29 memoranda of understanding with international aftersales partners at its Global Business Conference (May 4‑10, 2026).
The agreements aim to expand VinFast’s global service network to over 1,100 workshops in 2026, up from about 800 at end‑2025.
VinFast will provide standardized technician training, 24‑hour parts delivery and customer support policies, including repair commitments and battery inspections.
The company also targets more than 1.5 million charging ports worldwide through partners like V‑Green and local infrastructure operators.
