Vingroup has been ranked 340th in TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2026, moving up 477 places from its 817th position in the 2025 list, and remains the sole Vietnamese company featured. The ranking, compiled jointly by TIME and Statista, evaluates firms on revenue growth, employee satisfaction, and sustainability transparency, with Vingroup achieving an overall score of 81.

Revenue Growth

In the first half of 2026, Vingroup reported consolidated net revenue of VND 222.9 trillion, representing a 72% year‑on‑year increase from the same period in 2025. Consolidated profit after tax reached VND 20.904 trillion, which is 4.6 times higher than the comparable period last year and equals 60% of the full‑year profit target.

Employee Satisfaction

The group’s employee satisfaction ranking improved to 398th globally, a rise of 496 places from 2025, reflecting a dynamic working environment that emphasizes dedication, innovation, and individual development. Vingroup’s ecosystem now employs approximately 400,000 people across 12 countries.

Sustainability Transparency

Vingroup’s sustainability initiatives span green transition projects, infrastructure development, and the creation of sustainable urban ecosystems. VinFast, the electric‑vehicle arm, aims to deliver 300,000 cars and 1 million electric motorcycles worldwide in 2026. Vinhomes has introduced an ESG++ urban model that adds Regeneration and Resilience to the traditional ESG pillars, raising sustainability standards for large‑scale urban developments.

Expansion into New Strategic Areas

In 2025, Vingroup officially entered the Infrastructure and Green Energy sectors. Through VinSpeed, the Ben Thanh – Cần Giờ (Ho Chi Minh City) and Hanoi – Quảng Ninh high‑speed railway projects are under construction. VinEnergo is developing multiple energy projects across various localities, contributing to regional connectivity, expanded economic space, and accelerated green transition.
