Vingroup has been placed 340th in TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2026 ranking, jointly compiled by TIME and Statista, moving up 477 positions from 817th in the 2025 edition and remaining the sole Vietnamese company featured for a second consecutive year.

The company earned an overall score of 81, reflecting strong performance across revenue growth, employee satisfaction, and sustainability transparency. In the revenue‑growth dimension Vingroup received an “Outstanding” rating.

Financial Performance (H1 2026)

In the first half of 2026 the group reported net revenue of VND 222.9 trillion, a 72 % increase year‑on‑year, and profit after tax of VND 20.904 trillion, which is 4.6 times the profit for the same period in 2025 and represents 60 % of the full‑year target.

Employee Satisfaction

Vingroup’s employee‑satisfaction rank improved to 398th globally, an advance of 496 places over the previous year, indicating a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and development.

Sustainability Transparency

The sustainability‑transparency assessment highlighted Vingroup’s contributions to green transition, infrastructure development, and sustainable urban ecosystems, underpinning its ESG score.

Ecosystem and Global Presence

The Vingroup ecosystem now operates in 12 countries and employs roughly 400,000 people worldwide. Its electric‑vehicle arm VinFast aims to deliver 300,000 cars and 1 million electric motorcycles globally in 2026. Vinhomes has introduced an ESG++ urban model adding Regeneration and Resilience to the traditional ESG pillars.

New Strategic Areas (2025)

In 2025 Vingroup expanded into Infrastructure and Green Energy, launching high‑speed railway projects (Ben Thanh – Cần Giờ and Hanoi – Quảng Ninh) through VinSpeed and developing multiple energy projects via VinEnergo.

Prior Recognitions

Vingroup was the first Vietnamese company to qualify for the World’s Best Companies ranking in 2025. VinFast previously appeared in TIME100 Most Influential Companies 2024 and Asia‑Pacific’s Best Companies 2025.
