Vipul Organics Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding the resignation of Mrs. Mansi Kirankumar Shah (ACS-35697) from her positions as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the company.
The resignation was tendered via letter dated Wednesday, 29 July 2026, citing "pre-occupation and to pursue better career opportunities" as reasons. Mrs. Shah confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation beyond those stated in her resignation letter.
The Board of Directors has accepted her resignation and taken it on record, with the company committing to complete necessary formalities regarding her resignation in due course.
The resignation becomes effective from the close of business hours on Wednesday, 29 July 2026. Consequently, Mrs. Shah will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations from that date and time.

The resignation letter (Annexure-A) from Mrs. Mansi Shah reiterates the same reasons for resignation and requests relief from duties effective close of business hours on 29th July, 2026. She expresses gratitude to the Board of Directors, management, and colleagues for their support during her tenure and requests the company to make necessary filings with the Registrar of Companies, Stock Exchange(s), and other applicable authorities.
