Virtual Global Education Appoints Rahul as Company Secretary

Virtual Global Education appointed Mr. Rahul as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective April 6, 2026.
The appointment was made by the Board of Directors on April 6, 2026, following the resignation of the previous Company Secretary, Mrs. Anju.
Mr. Rahul, an Associate Member of ICSI, will oversee compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
