Vishal Mega Mart Allots 1.1 Lakh Shares via ESOP at Rs 35/Share

Vishal Mega Mart allots 1,10,000 equity shares under its ESOP 2019 plan at an exercise price of Rs 35 per share, raising Rs 38.5 lakhs.
The company's paid-up share capital increased to Rs 46,73,22,78,060 from Rs 46,73,11,78,060 following the allotment of 1.1 lakh shares.
The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares and are listed on both NSE and BSE under ISIN INE01EA01019.
