Professional Background
She is the former Managing Director of Tishman Speyer India and the Co-Founder of Strategy Garage, a strategy and growth consulting firm. She is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) and has been recognized as a Distinguished Alumna of the institution. A significant career milestone was becoming the first woman from India to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Syntel Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company.

She has served on the boards of several companies including Welspun, Quess, AstraZeneca, Manipal Hospital, Sansera, Shell-MRPL, Barbeque Nation, and L&T Construction Equipment.
