VisionWave to Acquire 51% of Foresight

VisionWave announced a non‑binding term sheet to purchase up to 51% of Foresight Autonomous for $17.5 million in equity.
The deal will be executed in two stages—45% at initial closing and an additional 6% contingent on a defense pilot project.
VisionWave will obtain two board seats now and one more after the second stage, while both firms stay independent public companies.
VisionWave earlier bought xClibre AI video‑intelligence IP for 7 million shares and a $6 million note, valued at about $60 million.
