Disinvestment / Strategic Actions
Viviana Power Tech Limited has successfully completed the disinvestment in its two subsidiary companies:
- Viviana Life Spaces Private Limited: The company held 90% equity shareholding, which has been transferred to identified purchasers
- Aarsh Transformers Private Limited: The company held 75% equity shareholding, which has been transferred to identified purchasers
The disinvestment was completed through transfer of equity shares to identified purchasers and receipt of corresponding consideration by Viviana Power Tech Limited, in accordance with mutually agreed terms and conditions between the parties.
Both Viviana Life Spaces Private Limited and Aarsh Transformers Private Limited ceased to be subsidiaries of Viviana Power Tech Limited with effect from 15-Aug-2026.
The company confirmed that there has been no change in the details relating to this disinvestment as disclosed in their earlier letter dated 04-Aug-2026.
